a) You must be over 18 years of age. You must enter your pincode to check service availability in your area and must possess a valid digital payment method (Debit/Credit Card, GPay, PhonePe, PayTM, Netbanking, etc.).
b) We reserve the right to decline any order or suspend your account at our discretion.
a) Once you place an order through our website or app, we will confirm your order via SMS, email, or show the order in your account dashboard. This confirmation is not a legal acceptance. A legally binding contract is formed only after the successful delivery of the order.
b) If incorrect contact information is provided and you do not receive confirmation or order updates, it is your responsibility to contact us for corrections. We are not liable for failed communication due to incorrect details.
a) Orders can be amended up to 12 noon the day before your scheduled delivery (cut-off time).
b) Cancellations are accepted up to 12 noon two days before the delivery date.
c) Orders cancelled after the cut-off time may be charged in full.
d) If any item is unavailable, we will notify you. You may request a replacement or receive a refund within 7 working days.
a) Prices displayed at checkout include all applicable charges and taxes.
b) Full payment for products must be made at the time of placing the order through the online payment options provided.
c) Delivery charges are calculated based on the distance from the dispatch point and will be collected in cash by the delivery partner after the order is delivered.

b) In cases of vehicle breakdowns, extreme weather, or other external factors, we may need to reschedule delivery. You will be notified, and our liability is limited to the value of the order.
